No discord it was just sloppy on the warrants. 

they can't approach anyone else for a sale they have no formal document and won't spend the money to do one. 

thought is Teck would never let someone take our 25%. The jv deal sucks but the clause Teck has to pay all to production. That is a sweet deal and a major would love to have it. 

putting Teck on the clock in my mind is our only option.
