Since we are talking about possibilities you guys are overlooking one possibility and that is Teck decides to walk away!  As of today they have not committed to spending anything yet on the SCJV.  What happens to the sp if they do?  Can you say timberrrrrrr?Sorry guys but that is one possible outcome nobody had mentioned and you need to factor in your risk calculation.
