From my conversation with Lynn yesterday, the board hasn't even made the decision to try to find a suitor.

I think that this will come down to price.  It will be harder at 100% of NPV versus 25% of NPV.  I don't think they will want to sell cheaply.   But I don't know how anxious they will be to sell.  It may be that management will not hurry as they will want to wait until copper prices go even higher.  Either way I fully expect to have to wait another 1-2 years before we find a suitor - this stock makes me wait.  I hope it is sooner but I'm not counting on it. 

I do think that this is one of the reason that the market isn't more excited about VD PEA.  It is fine they say to have a piece of paper that says you are worth that much - but show me the money.

I'm not very knowledgeable in these matters so my opinion isn't worth much.
