I've been here 10 yrs... I, and I think many here, don't want to miss another cycle.  Frankly I don't care to unlock more value...I have enough shares that anything north of $1 for my shares would have a significant effect on my financial situation.  I have no appetite for greed, I just want to be rewarded for my patience in this company and enjoy that reward sooner than later. We bought VD for 2 mil, if we can get say 300M or more for it now (which should be doable) - that is a huge success.  I have no appetite to let the years go by as they try to squeeze every bit of value out of these properties.  Give me $1.25/sh for everything in the next 6 mos and I would do gratefully move on
