Yeah, I hear ya and if they could even just sell one of the assets now and take their time getting the price they want on the other that would be fine with me too.

I just want a real payout not the two cents we all got per share for the $20 million from teck a while back - I want a dividend of at least $.80 sooner than later and I'd be ok to still have my shares and see the other properties through
