Last week's press coverage certainly caused reasons for concern. Crystallex however, cannot act on random sound bites from the media alone. For that reason, the Company has requested a formal response from the MIBAM as to the status of the Project and the Mine Operating Contract. Crystallex expects to receive clarification, and once it does, will be able to determine the next course of action and the appropriate steps to take for the Company and the Las Cristinas project. We will promptly issue a new release as soon as material information becomes available. In our most recent meetings with the MIBAM and the CVG, there was no indication whatsoever of any changes to our current MOC or the control of the Project.
