My concern are:

1) How recent?

2) Kry always pointed out they exchanged dialouge daily. It has been one week since the exposure of the news, were there any dialouges in exchanging during this period? Did they meet face to face after last Wednesday? If so, why there isn't any update?

3) With no news as of today, there are possible scenarios: a) not the news in shareholder's interest, or b) Kry and Mibam had not communicate during this time while implies RM stressed that there were onging communications may not be a reliable source.

Those are my conservative thoughts that concern me at this moment.
