Maybe somone has a better memory of these payments, When the question came up that these moneys should be refunded, the statement I read said the money disappeared.

That's kinda funny in a sad sort of way. These crooks took 2 million dollars for the bond which "disappeared" and are now trying to put the screws to us.....but their prior theft makes it difficult to "F" us the second time around. "Hmmmmm"...says Sanz & Hugo....."KRY....we seem to have a legal problem there".
