jimmijazz: As far as I am aware Tenor are prosecuting the recognition of the award in the US courts with the utmost haste. You could ask the opt in committee their view on this and whilst it might be possible that Tenor want to delay receiving the award there is nothing to substantiate this (and it makes absolutely no sense).

However, we do know that fighting off shareholder demands might lead to delays and the need to seek more DIP loans. Shareholders are perfectly entitled to do this, and might win, but there is no doubt it might cause delay to settlement and to more money being spent out of the award pot.
