jimmijazz: When we are not privy to the pertinent facts, I find occam's razor to invariably hold. Tenor wants their money back and their profit, VZ doesn't want to pay. Tenor are working diligently to achieve this, VZ are likewise working to prevent it. We have had and probably will never have any role in this.

I think if an "old poster" has misled you, well either it is on you for believing him/her and/or you should tell him/her what you think of his/her clearly erroneous (and arguably obviously rubbish) claim.
