I think Gowling planned and went for "all or nothing". I understand their engagement was contingent on recovering the maximum value for the shareholders. One has to be looking for gold nuggets, not a gold deposit, to find things like the mining data and the tax loss carryforward. Fortunately, the gold nuggets add up.

No one will do anything to defend the shareholder's rights, but the shareholders themselves. To do this, shareholders must be ready to go to the Ontario Court of Appeals and the Delware Bankruptcy Courts to assert their rights in due time. Both will be wide-open in due course.
