Seems like the Gowling effort to sign up shareholders was more of an exercise to get shareholder data more than anything. I feel we were used as traction for the bus to get through the mud patch and then get kicked off the bus and then get treated like any other shareholder that never signed on. We would not have anything more than anyone else imo.

Why would the judge not consider sahareholders when it’s the fiduciary duty of the company to do so all throughout? It’ll sure be interesting to see where all the dust and crumbs settle!
