Currently there is no mechanism in place that has been approved by the courts for the distribution of the award money. My best guess is shareholders will be offered a deal by Tenor/crystallex to buy our shares. This will allow then to avoid legal action over the tax losses and mining data they stole from us. I would assume the money would placed in our accounts like it would for any sale.

I suppose it could be done by check but that seems fraught with problems. That is why I believe we will see shares reinstated before Silverstein agrees to anything.
