Sherm, I disagree. VZ will have to pay up probably before October if not much sooner. They do not want their books being opened to potential bidders. This would expose the corruption and open another can of worms for them.

There will be hoops to jump through as you say but I doubt much of it will involve us shareholders. Just like VZ, Tenor and Fung do not want all the documents unsealed for everyone to see. They may not be able to prevent unless they have reached a settlement with us shareholders.

I'm not saying we will get our money immediately even if their is a settlement but I do believe that we will have it no later than next year.
