What happen to CBDT Saliva test kits in Canada?

What happened to MDEL license that CBDT tried so hard to get?. I thought Empower Clinics was the first to put Covid-19 Saliva test on the shelves of Canadian retail outlets or pharmacies like Rexall.

Do you have any updates on this? I am worried soon other companies put their PCR Saliva test kits on Canadian shelves while CBDT start to put out some clips.
