Thanks for the reply, Tamara.  Maybe I was trying to ask too much at once.  My main question was more about how units are sold in general, not who they are sold to. 

Are you able to answer the simpler question that if any pharmacy retailer were to order kits from Kai, are these kits sold to said retailers individually or by the case?  And if ordering a case is possible, how many units fit in a case?
