Sometimes it is a fine line. 

However, if the comments are not only negative, but consist of 'feelings', inaccurate assumptions, personal attacks, or are easily identified as being if nothing more than a destructive nature, then any well moderated chat room will delete as it will inevitably push away the bulk of potential subscribers.   

People who moderate chat rooms or operate these boards are not therapists. The other members are not therapists.   People have options.  Get a real therapist, or simply understand that either the company, or maybe stock trading as a whole,  just isnt something that suits them.    

So, as someone who has joined multiple chat rooms, I respectfully ask those who want to be negative or rude, or post inaccurately, or complain, to spare all the sane, level headed investors the headache, and either move on, or better yet, reconsider if you can actually handle the world of stock investing and consider speaking to an actual therapist.   Penny stocks are not for the faint of heart.
