I invest in small caps.  I accept that there will be many bumps in the road.  Timeframes that get extended.  Deals that dont work.  Constant struggles with operating cash.  Inability to have fully staffed sales, marketing and accounting departments.  I recognize that this is the risk I take for the potential reward of exponential gain.  

I dont complain about it.  If I ever find myself with negative things to say or if I feel that there is underperformance, then it's usually time to move on to the next.
