With all due respect reverse splits are 99 % of the time bad because the share price usually starts going down again. The only one I can remember that did not fare badly and within a month or two the price improved dramatically post consolidation is Victoria Gold. Initially post consolidation it went up, then for a brief period it traded lower than pre consolidation. Now even with the latest downturn it is still up by about 100%. I think this one was the exception.
