I've mentioned the Warro gas project several times in the past. That is 65% owned by Alcoa.
From 2008:
Aluminium giant Alcoa had agreed to farm in to a 65% stake in the Warro gas project in Western Australia’s onshore Perth basin in return for funding development of the field.
