The NHL will have the new measures in place until at least Feb. 28th.  And will continue to monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the measures.  Could this be Loop and Empower?  See link below.

I am patient and think Rob and the rest of the Loop team are doing incredibly well considering where we were a year ago.  I wish I had known about them back then as I only starting buying the Loop shares from late November until now.  So as you can see I am underwater in this investment but believe in the company's direction and incredibly bright future.
