Rob Anson has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the board at Loop Insights Inc. since January 2018. Mr. Anson has also served as CEO and Founder of Fobisuite Technologies Inc., a private British Columbia technology company, since October 2017. Previously Mr Anson was Founder and CEO of One Team Media a Private Vancouver based media company with Digital and TV Production Assets.

Debra Williams is an accomplished Senior Executive with over 30 years of success in the information technology industry. With a focus on engaging and elevating the customer experience, she leads companies to embrace emerging technologies, especially those that bring disruptive and sustainable change to their industry.
An entrepreneur herself, in 2006 Debra founded SeaBlue Inc., a consulting firm that helps the clients apply next-generation technology and provide innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Some of her past clients include Universal Studios, MySpace, Netflix, Limited Brands and Hudson Bay Company.
Debra has been in executive level strategic roles at Bell Canada, Rogers Communications, Teradata, MicroStrategy and IBM. During her tenure at IBM, she held a prominent role leading the Canadian National Strategy and Analytics division, followed by a role heading up the North America Industry Solution Strategy team for the Media, Entertainment and Communication sector.
In addition to her expertise and skill set, Debra has a sincere passion for volunteer work. She has taken part in building homes and teaching sustainable skills in Africa, building a Guatemalan school, assisting with the Children’s Aid Society, to name a few, and she currently volunteers at the Federal Women’s Institute supporting Community Justice Initiative’s with the program Stride. Debra has also been an advocate for advancing opportunities for women in technology as an Ambassador for Woman of Influence.
Owen Jackson is currently the managing principal of the Eagle Consulting, LLC (Eagle), a business consulting development firm located in the Washington, DC metro region. Eagle utilizes strategic partnerships and the diverse business and professional backgrounds of its principals to improve performance and profitability of its clients. Prior to the start of his company, Owen served as the Chief Financial Officer for Helix Enterprises, Inc. In this role, Owen provided both operational and programmatic support to the organization. Owen supervised the finance unit and was the chief financial spokesperson for the organization.
Before assuming the position of CFO, Owen served as the Vice President of Business Development for the National Community Reinvestment Coalition (NCRC). Owen provided management and oversight to NCRC’s Business Development divisions located in Washington, DC, Houston, Texas, and New York City. Owen also managed the strategic direction of NCRC projects, supported by the U.S. Commerce Department and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). An entrepreneur at heart, Owen spent ten years as the President and Chief Operating Officer of an IT consulting firm located in New York City. Community and local officials recognized Owen for outstanding performance of his company.
A graduate of City University of New York, Owen received a B.Sc. in Chemistry and is a member of the American Management Association. In addition to his undergraduate education, Owen has completed business administration programs at the University of Alaska and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
With over 18 years of retail experience, Linda led American Kiosk Management to amass over 600 staffed locations, 1800 employees and 1000 automated stores throughout North America, Australia and New Zealand. Under her leadership, along with Max James and team, they sold over $1.7b in sales in Proactiv and became the largest owner-operators in the world. In 2017 Linda led the wind-down of American Kiosk Management and started International Retail Management.
Errol Olsen is a software finance executive with more than 25 years of experience in accounting and corporate finance roles for both publicly traded and privately held technology companies. His range of experience includes financial stewardship, governance, strategy development, operations, investor relations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and equity and debt financing. Errol currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Absolute Software Corporation, a SaaS provider of endpoint security solutions. Prior to joining Absolute, Errol was Chief Financial Officer at Inetco Systems and previously held the same role at Explorer Software. Errol’s extensive technology industry experience also includes senior finance roles at Pivotal Corporation and Infowave Software. Errol was also a manager in the audit and advisory services group at KPMG LLP, where he worked with a portfolio of private and public companies.

Teresa Noreen Taylor
Teresa is an enrolled member of the Lummi Nation and currently works as the Project Manager for the Lummi Indian Business Council’s Office of Economic Policy Division. The Project Manager implements projects approved by the Economic Development Commission, LIBC Treasurer and the elected LIBC. This is a key position in building sustainable economic growth for the Lummi Nation. This role is highly collaborative and requires managing work across internal and external teams to drive projects to completion.
In 2015, Teresa ran for an elected Ferndale City Council position and won. She is serving her fourth year as an elected Ferndale Council Member. Her liaison responsibilities include the Ferndale Downtown Association, Ferndale Heritage Society, Ferndale School District, Ferndale Community Resource Cooperative, Bellingham International Airport Advisory Committee, and Whatcom Transit Authority. Jeffrey holds over 20 years of experience in Wall Street investment banking and financial advisory, as well as leading large-scale development and redevelopment projects in the US. With areas of expertise in hospitality and entertainment, casino and gaming, destination and resort, and city infrastructure projects, Jeffrey brings wide-ranging experience in industries that align well with Loop’s target client base.
Jeffrey’s personal business and investment initiatives reflect his passion for driving innovative, high reward projects, such as the launch of a new energy technology with Free Flow Power Corporation, and the implementation of cutting-edge casino gaming technology and equipment with Hardway Holdings.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lotz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a joint major in Economics. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 26 years of post-qualification experience, and has extensive in the capital markets across a broad cross-section of industries including SaaS, manufacturing, mining, technology and financial services. Mr. Lotz has held CFO and other senior financial positions with several well-known mining and exploration companies. He has also served as a senior executive officer in the securities brokerage industry. Prior to that, he served as a securities regulator, following his tenure at Coopers & Lybrand where he focused on the mining and tax sectors.
