AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Sincerely,

George et al

Message: Re: Question about the technology platform

Hi Daskapital,

We appreciate your investment in GLN regardless of the amount invested, our focus is to continue to build shareholder value and we are very excited about the future of our company, team, and technology.

Thank you for your question.

The programmatic advertising space is not easy to understand which is why we leverage our award-winning media expertise to create content that educates shareholders and prospective shareholders on this fast-growing ecosystem. We encourage everyone to visit our website for news, video and audio updates featuring discussions on the company, the digital space and the technology. (www.glninc.ca)

Your question:

From that I understand that the GLN platform is mainly an Ad Exchange.

However, the company mentions that its technology use algorithms to match the most valuable advertisement for every consumer and that it forecasts the needs and wants of the brands they represent. But I thought that this matching between brands and the most valuable advertisement was the task of the Demand Side Platform companies. Therefore could you explain more in detail this overlap? Is there any conflict of interests with it or direct competition with the DSP companies?

Answer:

A DSP can only offer ads for advertisers they represent. We create an environment where we can pick from all of the different DSP’s. We are DSP agnostic and work hard for our publishers to ensure they get the best price and fill rate for their inventory.

Cheers,

The GLN (TSXV:GOOD) Team
