Before making a wild accusation, I suggest that you read carefully what we publish and understand the rules of the TSX...

In our press release, we announce the signing of partnership.

FYI:

A partnership is an arrangement where parties, known as partners, agree to cooperate to advance their mutual interests. ... A partnership may result in issuing and holding equity or may be only governed by a contract.

In this case our partnership is governed by a contract as this stage and since no equity was exchanged that why we have no obligations to seek either TSX-V or shareholder approval.

That is a much detail about the contract as you will get.

But I must say that you seem to have missed the point about what we get from this deal, and since you don't seem to have a high respect for HPQ management, you should read PyroGenesis release on the value of our deal with Apollon to HPQ.
