How can we build a mine without eventually having some serious dilution . Even if the chinese put up the billion needed for say 30% partnership, is that still not dilution. Bring it on and lets get moving, I like what I hear. What is another 6-12 months if we can get some interest in the mean time? Half a loaf is better than no loaf and that half could make us money.
