That pretty much seems to be the case. The company has turned out to be one long winded scam. I can't really say I see it any other way.

I also blame the judges that they sit there and waste everyones time. The whole process has been counterproductive to the whole point of taking this to court. How do these people call themselves judges? That in itself is also a sham.

My big question is do I keep my pennies or let them disappear. I guess my best case scenario is that there are some empty announcements that boost the price to .10....
