LOL Derek once again you have shown that you are mature enough to adapt to the ever changing company that we used to know and have to get to know once again. I see every point you have made. RN did what he believes is best for us all I don't understand why he did what he did but hey I was not a fly on the wall during those last minute meetings either.

Full respect to you D12, some can move on and adapt others may have to stew for awhile/ vent or whatever just stay focused on the prize. Things will not be the same with this company ever, RN is gone and they know retail knows what we have here!!

Together we are strong as the vote proved but calling out our respected poster weakens the chain.
