The RING of FIRE does NOT and will NOT have either the Development Costs NOR the Environmental Costs the Oil Sands have. And the TIME LINE to get the job done will be relatively considerably shorter from Start to Finish (of initial production, that is) and will not need to be Subsadized with Government Royalty concessions like has been the situation with the Oil Sands ALL ALONG.

Thus, the payback to Government in Royalties and Taxes, both in terms of Corporate and Employment Income Taxes as well as GST Consumption Spending - NOT to mention the Spin Off and multiplier EFFECTS.
