From what I understand there are all manner of considerations in determining when material information needs to be released and when results actually become material. Negotiations that may be impacted by the release of certain information I believe take priority over the release of N.R.s. There is also considerable latitude in determining just what material is. Usually something material has an impact on the financial or corporate status of a company either positive or negative, but because a hole turns up significant mineralization may in and of itself not be considered material until a complete program of holes is completed. It may be the result from the complete set pointing to a trend or concept that is truly recognized as material. The latter is how NOT has been dealing with holes.

There is still a lot of complaining on this site and yes there is reason to be frustrated as there are some dirty shirts in the laundry, but readers should remember the following:

NOT has economical deposits of Ni, Cr and PMs, to say nothing of Cu, Vanadium, yada yada.

NOT has only scratched the surface.

NOT has a world class partner now.

NOT has a game plan to bring this to the mining stage and it is public and documented.

The ROF will be developed.

Others will want a piece of the action.

Is NOT holding back information? Not in their eyes....but I'm sure that NOT will legally do everything they think necessary to bring their game plan home. Now you can define what legally means. There is lots of latitude in interpretation of the law/regs as any lawyer will tell you. Sometimes it works for you....sometime against....depending on your point of view.
