First, anyone buying would have the same problem so nothing would be achieved by new owners. Owners are not the problem nor how any owner faces the situation.

Second, Problem is that there is no road, and no road means no one willing to fund.

Finally for the dozenth time, governments and natives have to stop being the dead weight on the region and produce road access. Period.
