Today's market action is suggesting to me the news is imminent - does not tell me how good it is, or even if it is good, though.  Looked like some buying and bidding the price up before what many likely see as a binary event.  Happens in biotech all the time, but certainly is not an indicator of the substance of the event.

One fearless prediction, if the news is that a deal has been signed, about 70% of the posters here will initially not like it.
