When those of us who foresaw the hazards this ATM requested clarity via the letter in August, all we got was shade and accusations of false signatories and a boiler plate response that the Board is all on-board with this decision. Too bad they didn't take it seriously, as it warned of the hazards of reopening the ATM without any strategy or substantive news, as well as potential for manipulation, all of which played out.

As for arresting the decline? Today we are down another $5 million in market cap on less than $5000 USD in trades.

I couldn't imagine a rationale for the Friday night news dump without a quick follow up or joint NR detailing how financing will be managed, but that's now become business as usual for the man without a plan.

I still expect good news to nullify what I am observing thus far, it's simply too painful to think that this is how a company with such high potential operates.

And, as for our BoD, if just once we shareholders would threaten to put their $125,000 ridealong in jeopardy at the next AGM, we might get some actions that thoughtfully consider the best interests of the shareholders rather than checking "yes" to every financial decision that has been "purely coincidental" to the 70% price decline we have experienced since the NASDAQ listing.

For all of our sakes, I hope that real news comes soon to put all of our concerns to rest.
