I've heard people say that POET missed the boat by not financing the company with US funds during the uplisting. What makes anyone think that money was available from US funds before the uplist?

Ehhhm, management told us so! We had been told the company was uplisting as the funds had just been waiting for us. Or is my memory serving me wrong here?

Anyway, don't you think an ATM or PP or any other financing introduced with the hype and volume around the listing, would have been better than now, with basically ZERO volume to absorb it? And why there is no volume? People see the chart and don't want to invest.
