First of all, nobody will be "buying us out". We have heard with our very own ears what the strategy is - build up a lucrative piece of the property, such as the Golden Mile, to the point where a major is willing to pay sufficiently for it, then use the proceeds to develop another part of the property to the same point and so on. If majors are not willing to pay enough we use the mining permit and start the mining process ouselves - or at least show the majors that we can do that, if needed.
