To me it makes no logical sense for Resverlogix to be engaging some outfit that blasts out emails to anyone with a pulse and a valid email address.  If they were diluting or were engaging an investment bank for a secondary offering, then I could see some rationale.

Us whining and annoying retail shareholders are constantly crying about coverage and exposure, so they have engaged a couple of sell side analysts in StoneGate and Leuwyenwhateverthey'recalled, nice professional write up with lots of analysis. But I don't think those two are the type of shops that disseminate that information widely....if someone wants it they can look for it, the information isn't going to come looking for you in the fashion that some chop shop types operate.
