One tick in a box....and to expectations based on what I heard on Wednesday.  Hopefully this is the start of promising and delivering, with no more over promising.  

To my way of thinking if they decide against pursuing the unit offering, then I would think there would be an annoucement to that effect.  Of course my way of thinking isn't always what's required. 

It could be that that news of April 17th, given that the offering was only "proposed", if they ultimately decide not to pursue.... maybe don't have to notifiy the market unless they're going forward.  

Next box is the delisting review, I think the market will like seeing a check in that box.
