hummmm,,,is it not possible that the BB share offering may be triggered at select times in the future?,,,,,Could this financing option be a filler for times when they get caught short?... which is the obvious situation when you are a biotech and have limited ability to forecast your cash flow requirments. Just thinking that it gives the company an extra approved option and when we hit that $5+ by year end the dilution will be much more palatable!,,,,,,,,,,, :o) ,,,,,nothing is impossible!!!...but history tells us standard activities without encumbrances are a rarity with RVX!!...jmo
