Just to reiterate my intial point however tada (and anyone else).   

Obviously a share of Resverlogix can only be voted once, not twice....the original owner who has had his shares loaned out and resold can't vote along with the holder who bought those same borrowed shares. 

Voting doesn't work that way, except in parts of Texas and Alabama :-)
