im in the decade plus club myself & couldn't agree more with you. This time it looks & feels a bit different tho IMO I'm not expecting a buy out for 8+ billion but that would work oh so well:) Something a bit smaller but moving us into the $5-$8 range with increases as other developments pop up. I don't think this expectation is over the top but rvx has a history & we really need to move past that this time around.
