TOINV ... thanks again, and you and others keep doing the same. I am a deep over thinker, Business has tought me that, sometimes to my long winded detriment lol.

I have some limited experience and knowledge in some areas, like medical business/product strategy, but on the science side, trial & nresearch technicals, and stock market side, I look to others for info.

Thanks for these research exercises you do! And let's not forget, that Hepa is already negotiated in for 50% of the BoM2 trial ... I believe, right?

It is possible/likely that Don does have a "no cut, no trade clause" or a poison pill clause. Off the top of my head, not sure what type of business they are (I would imagine a C Corp?) since they are traded on open markets, which brings certain important standards (accounting, etc) for publicly traded companies?

Just for an example though, and it was an LLC in a start up that I was once involved with. Long story so won't go into all the ugly details, but I was fired as VP-Sales by the majority owner (I was a minority owner in the LLC) 2-3 years into operations, because he didn't want to continue growing the company anymore (he wanted to sell). So, I became expendable excess "overhead" to him, the Chairman of the board. Our charter and articles in this type of business said that he couldn't fire me as an owner in the LLC. Not my negotiating foresight, I just got lucky. Long story short I threatened to sued him, and he crumbled and ended up selling his shares/interest to me. Apples & Oranges compared with RVX, we were only a $10,000,000 revenues company, which I had personally grown from scratch with my industry contacts & relationships in eye care.

So yeah, maybe Don does have some contractual protection? ... otherwise based on performance, I don't see how he is holding onto control. For the record, and personally, I think Don should stay involved, but the business reins should be turned over to a younger energetic CEO with relationships and successful experience at this RVX stage of development. Don should be board member and an advisor, and story teller, adding past and future visionary "color" ...
