Even though Dr Chahar was not part of the decision making crowd,his usefulness to the company had been drastically reduced since most of the people on the research side like Dr Dalton from U, of Sussex were  from various institutes outside the company who did most of the leg works verifyng the amazing property of the Albany graphite.Mr Gardener,s status can be a contentious issue since he was brought in under a murky background that could be legally challenged in the future.AE is another matter.He is and will always be a major share holder of Zenyatta unless he chooses to sell all his shares.Dilution may be bad but it will also reduce his percentage of shares in the company.

We are patiently waiting for an updated version of the company status and hopefully a new presentation soon. 

By the way, from the yellow proxy,I read that there will be a batch of over eight hundred thousand shares of warrants ready to be exercised in June,2018 at 0.85(more or less if I remember).Any thoughts on this?
