So good to hear from you again.  Thanks for taking your valuable time to summarize the many current negative aspects of ZEN.

What really warms my heart is that, as you mention, you are a non-shareholder, and yet you make this effort strictly for our benefit.

What a guy.  The world needs more people like you.  I'll bet you volunteer at your local hospital a couple of times a week, and probably coach little league sports as well.
