,,,yep,,,,the new pricing is expected end of month from what Zenith has told me,,,,,I am still working on the RBC group in regards to the transfering of shares to my TFSA. I spoke with the CRA last week and they told me our ZENE shares are eligible for a TFSA and can be transferred directly. What I didnt know, but know now, and it is understandable, that all contibutions to a TFSA has to be after tax dollars. I had thought a transfer inkind would exempt taxes. So capital gains are applicable to shares transferred in kind,,if there is a capital gain applicable. The agent quoted the small business corporation clause in the TFSA regs and confirmed ZENE was within that clause.,, :o),,,yep. We will see what RBC decides!
