A lot of posters here said they were confident in EDIG as long as DM remained

Now that DM is no longer going to represent EDIG and EDIG now has to pay a lawyer firm up front (instead of representing us on contingency as DM did), what do those posters now think? When DM agreed to represent on contingency, it gave confidence because why would he spend his time if he did not think he had a good chance of collecting. He no longer has that confidence? Or did EDIG terminate relationship for some reason?
