In the 8K it states

The Company has agreed to (a) pay Handal a fee equal to 33% of any license fee or settlement related to Patent Enforcement Matters, less prior retainers

If the $30,000 a month is considered the retainer it sounds to me like Handal is going to to get paid the 33% less the retainer. So it is not $30,000 plus the 33%. IMO
