Thanks BLR and emit. I was aware of the 1/3...2/3 split. I really wanted to know how that would be worked out if Google bought EDIG or entered into a partnership arrangement. I assume that, if there was a buy, the purchase amount would either be paid in Google shares or cash. Computing Handal's and shareholder's portions is easy enough. Handal would receive it's share in cash. However, in what form would the shareholders portion be assigned....cash or perhaps EDIG stock? Has anyone here experienced that situation? If so, how did it resolve?
