I don't recall the Handal deal regarding what his fee is if the company is sold, don't even think it was mentioned in the 8-K.

DM had a clause saying they'd receive 15% of the buyout value.

Certainly if Handal brokers a buyout, he is due a fee.

Taking 15% off the top seems very reasonable, at $7.00 a share....lol.
