All significant intercompany transactions have been eliminated in consolidation.  "Intercompany" means with other companies--so all significant transactions with other companies have been eliminated in consolidation.  Consolidation? Any idea what this means? 

The result expectation language could be simply boiler plate CYA stuff or, on the bright side, I suppose it could mean, we made no money in the six months ending 9-30, but in the year end Q which comes out @ mid May could have some income.
