The catcher is the money for drilling, which may be a resolved issue within a couple of weeks. Thereafter, I see no reason not to expect that permits will be in hand within JB's estimated timeline.

Two points here. One, I believe the 60-90 days to be an "outside" timeline. Two, civil servants can't have too much to too at this point in the market cycle as they don't get laid off when work loads slow.

Having said this, it is vacation season. I think this is why JB may have pushed the outside limits to the timeline out to 90 days instead of the "normal" 60.

Otherwise, drillers, I'm sure, are hungry, and could be on site at the snap of a finger. In fact, I would expect the PR announcing receipt of the permits to also include a statement that the drill has been mobilized.

Now, back to the first observation, the money. We may not get too much of a kick to the share price from that news, IMO. The permits and the start of drilling will do that, unless the funder is some well known party that takes the market by surprise. I don't expect that, but it is possible.
