OK Your question is fair game.  Here is a clue as to what happens to IDLE mining infrustructure, miners hate that, so lets go to NORD up on route #10,,bought out just for the use of their ELECTROWINING of electro copper plating sheets.  Should ASARCO, that already has all of the structure in place be real hungry so that they wont run out of ore and keep their mill supplied with the product for the next 45 years, well then i would say yes.  But for me thats just another RABBIT HOLE.  Anybody that would like to back check me on the IDLE MILL and my predictions about the highly upgraded Electrowinning Plant at NORD?    All things being equal it does make a MOUNTAIN of common sence that ASARCO should be first in line but they may just not be, as i did mention a Canadian Jr that performed extensive groundwork up to the Silver Bell East BOARDER.  But i could be just as wrong as i was about the old rail road beds that go from Hay Mountain just about to NORDs front door up there on RT #10.
